Compassionate Support

You don't have to carry it alone

Wherever you are right now, you are welcome here.

Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected, or carrying more than we realize.

Through Mindful Self-Compassion and Somatic Breathwork, I offer gentle, evidence-informed practices to support you in reconnecting with yourself and meeting life's challenges with

greater ease and compassion.

We begin exactly where you are. One breath, and one moment at a time.

A Compassionate Approach to finding Balance and Calm

Emotional well-being involves more than caring for the body alone. I support you in moving out of chronic stress and overwhelm by working gently with the nervous system, breath, and the connection between mind, body, and your lived experience.

Through Mindful Self-Compassion and Somatic Breathwork, we create space for regulation, self-awareness, and inner resilience. This can help you feel more grounded, present, and supported in your daily life.

TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Virtual One to One Sessions and Group Support

MINDFUL SELF-COMPASSION

Self-compassion isn’t self-indulgence, it’s a source of resilience.

Mindful Self-Compassion is an evidence-based approach that teaches practical skills to help you respond to life’s challenges with greater kindness, awareness, and emotional ease.

This training offer simple, accessible tools to support stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm, helping you cultivate greater balance, self-acceptance, and inner calm.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools for healing and transformation

Somatic Breathwork is a practice that supports your body's natural ability to regulate the nervous system, release emotional tension, reduce stress, and process life's challenges in a safe and supportive way.

Whether you're navigating stress, overwhelm, grief, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, each session creates space to breathe deeply, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate greater balance, clarity, and self-awareness.

ROOTED IN CARE, GUIDED BY COMPASSION

With over 40 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have dedicated my career to supporting people through some of life's most challenging times. My own experience with burnout and grief led me to Mindful Self-Compassion, inspiring me to deepen my training and become a Certified Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher, Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, and Trauma-Informed Grief Support Facilitator.

Today, I integrate my experience as a nurse with evidence-informed, compassionate approaches to support caregivers, helping professionals, and women who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can develop practical skills, build resilience, and create meaningful change in how they respond to stress, challenges, and the demands of daily life.
