Mindful Self-Compassion is an evidence-based approach grounded in the pioneering research of Dr. Kristin Neff PhD, and clinical psychologist Dr. Christopher Germer PhD, that combines mindfulness with practical self-kindness skills to help you respond to life’s challenges with greater resilience, emotional balance, and self awareness.
