What is Somatic Breathwork?

Somatic breathwork is a guided breathing practice that helps you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and create space for greater calm, clarity, and resilience.

Through intentional breathing patterns and mindful body awareness, this practice can help release physical tension, reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, and support a deeper connection to yourself. Many people find it beneficial for managing the effects of everyday stress, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or simply feeling disconnected from their bodies.

As a nurse, I bring a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to each session, creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your breath, tune into your body's signals, and cultivate greater balance and well-being.

Whether you're looking to slow down, feel more grounded, or develop healthy tools for nervous system regulation, somatic breathwork offers a gentle path toward feeling more present and at ease.

Book Your Session

Sessions are held virtually from the comfort of your own home. Before we begin, you'll be invited to create a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down without interruptions. Using headphones is recommended to fully immerse yourself in the guided experience.

During the session, I'll gently guide you through a series of breathing techniques at a pace that feels manageable.

Every experience is unique; you may notice relaxation, physical sensations, emotions, or simply a greater sense of calm and connection.
